How do you know it's from 1945? Is it the lot # that gives away the date of manufacture?

Think of it this way Lou:
He knows exactly what we've been scr3wed out of being able to do - so much more the bitter pill than for those of us who've never had the experience.
Perhaps all of the ammo hoarders will end up with surplus like this for their grandchildren 70 years into the future. Perhaps they'll find my powder in a time capsule at the same time.
