1.Can anyone here tell me what the age requirement is to get a licence?
You need to be 18 to get the full license for restricted and non restricted licenses.

2.I live in Scarborough Toronto Ontairio where can i get a licence
I'll let someone in Toronto answer that one. I'm going to go out on a limb and say Target Sports?

3.What is the process involved to get the licences
Sign up for a course or challenge the two written exams and two practical exams.

4.What fees are related to getting a licences
Cost of the courses are approx. $200, then it's about $80 to apply for the licenses with the Canadian Firearms Centre.

5.What the wait time is before i can purchase a firearm with the first licence
There's a minimum 28 day wait to get the license, and in reality you won't get it for closer to 3 months.

6.I plan to get my licence with a close friend of mine that was born in Jamaica but he is a canadian citizen what if any things does he have to do differently
nope, if he has citizenship he's the same as any of us.

7.once i get a licence can i go into other provinces? if not then what is the process to be able to
It's a federal license so it's good anywhere in Canada.

8.Any other tips are appreciated
Take the course and learn to be very patient.

9. What do i need in order to transport the firearm within a vehicle
If it's non restricted you don't have to do anything (except ensure it's not loaded and not touching any ammunition) unless there's a city bylaw about it. You are smarter to keep it out of sight in the trunk though.
A restricted firearm is different. It has to be unloaded and have a trigger lock or cable lock on it and it has to be in an opaque case that is also locked and out of sight.

You'll learn the answer to all these questions and more when you take the course.

i do think this is incorrect for ontario people.

I do believe its only to ranges and to border points in ontario and ontario only
any one out their want to verify?

Cheers

License and ATT aren't the same thing.
If he's talking about taking a restricted firearm to another province then it has to say that he can on the ATT, but the license itself is the same in Ontario or wherever.
