Just an update - What are we up to lately?

Lock outs are very common

most common lock out is a key
on a computer is a password

Some times you need it to protect the machine from the operator

special Steels can be very hard to work with. you have to pick the right one to last the longest

Heat treat too hard and it becomes like glass then you have to anneal it

I had some blades made that had to aggressive of a profile, and where too hard. They are still functional, however they did start to chip after a very short time... only like $3,000 wasted.

I just got my first shipment from you BlacksheepBrass. Fast, professional, and just as communicated. I couldn’t help but check out this thread to see what you’re up to, because you obviously have a formula for good work!

99Solutions,

It is all a facade. I am usually running around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to keep machines from digesting themselves. Occasionally I pull things together. Don't let one good experience taint your view of my business!

Having a little bit of motor control experience(more like, just starting it), I really enjoy seeing what you're up to in that regard.
