As tempting as it may be to ask for updates on orders, I hope that people realize that these emails just take up the time and effort of the available staff and detract from their work in getting the orders out...not just Clay's company but any other as well. The way things are nowadays, with increased order volume and probably decreased staffing, some delays are bound to occur. If they are caused by the virus, that's understandable. We only worsen the situation by sending "Are we there yet? Are we there yet? ARE WE THERE YET????" emails that require responses.
No, I don't work for Clay, just making an observation. No offense meant to anyone.
