Gunner had a Dlask 1911 Pro for sale and I snapped it up. It is .40 S&W but that is the only downside I think. The .45 ACP is my favorite but .40 S&W is close enough. I may get a new slide and bbl. for it later in .45 when I have $$ available. Since I am Canadian I do my best to support Canada and Canadians except the one discontented province in the middle! I bought from Dlask once before, a GSG1911 +trigger job and was happy and I have heard nothing but good about Dlask's 1911s. Now the wait!

one guy who shoots steel with me has a .40 dlask 1911. he had some issues with it at first, but that isnt really uncommon in a .40 1911 but once it ran right it is a very nice shooting gun.
