Just bought a Margolin Target pistol to compliment my Toz 17. What should I expect?

Any special I should put to certain components? Things I should buy to go along with it? (I know there is a case and tons of accessories that go with it. If you have any of those, PM me). Places I should lube?

General opinion on the handgun?

I bought one about 8 years ago, i really like it. I especially like that it has large sight adjustment knobs. It is a target pistol and does not chamber hollow point bullets very well which is fine as i only run CCI SV through it.
