Just bought a pietta pps50 will I enjoy it?

Seemed like a great deal
Wifey said I was spending more time with our 12 yr old than our 10 yr old ( he just doesn’t seem interested) and it w as all about guns
So she asked him if he wanted a gun (under my pal and my possession of course). When he saw the black stock on the pietta he flipped out. He’s interested now. Cost us $500 but it worked.
Watched a couple videos. Seems like a good gun
 
I bought one for my daughter. It always worked well. BUT NO accuracy. It was terrible.

My daughter had eyes like a Hawk and could easly hit the targets at 100yards with my 10 22 , but she got very discouraged when she couldnt hit the same targets at 50 yards. wished I had a better review of it. sorry.

Well it looks cool and my 10 ur old son who has shown very little interest in guns absolutely lit up over this gun so if we sell later then That’s ok
 
Mine was picky on the type of ammo i would feed it.
It liked high-velocity ammo.

Also be carefull when you take it appart to not bend one of the recoil spring.
Else it's a pretty decent plinker !

I read a review on it where the guy tried all different kinds of ammo and couldn’t get it to fail so we’ll see
And thanks for the tip on the springs
 
Had a squib with mine. Ammo was perfectly good and never any problems with any other gun.
Paid to have the bullet removed from the barrel and cleaned thoroughly.
Had another squib. Fortunately it was still under warranty so I could get my money back.
 
Ian, Forgotten Weapons featured this rifle. I bought one years ago, drum and stick mags. Sights on mine cane be adjusted, but it never jams. I lost the cocking aid for the drum mag, had to make a new one from memory. Anyone have an extra pm me!
