Hello everyone, I just found the forum and I am very impressed with the amount of information here. I plan on purchasing a compound bow in a few weeks for deer hunting as well as getting a bolt action. It isn't quite as easy as I though it would be. After countless hours researching different makes and models I have narrowed down my choices to a Bear Charge RTH package for my bow and a Savage Axis bolt action. I just need to decide on what caliber. I am leaning towards either .223 Rem or .308 Win I would appreciate any feedback.
