$200 shipped to my door from Grouse River Outfitters!

Initial thoughts were simply - Damn this thing is HUGE! But at the same time seems very well made! It can probably take a beating thats for sure.

So it took all of 10 mnutes to mount it on my AR and it is easy as can be using the provided 30mm tactical ring. Seems beefy as hell as well.

I mounted it behind my Bushnell Holosight which for those who dont know is basically an eotech. It only took a couple turns of the adjustment screws on the tripler to get the red dot centered. Very simple.

So as far as the glass goes it is quite nice and the 30mm tube helps. One downside is the eye relief isnt great and having to mount it as far back as I need means the giant rubber protecting ring on the thing kinda interferes with the charging handle. But overall I couldnt be happier for the $200 it cost.

Range report to follow, but just thought Id put this out there as I was looking for info on these before buying and couldnt find much on it.

Mods I realize this may belong in the optic thread but I cnsider a tripler a Black rifle accessory not an actual optic so figured Id post here. Move if you must.

Closeup. You can see the positioning is strange as too far back and you interfere with the charging handle, but you have to maintain some space for the controls on the Eotech itself when using one. I think I found a happy medium.

And some pics of the entire setup.

Overall I am very happy with this setup! I don't think you can do much better for under $500!

The Holosight was very impressive for the $250 and tax I paid for it. It is made in America and is actually made by eotech from what I understand. They have been since discontinued, but if you can find one, id say snatch it up.

I am thinking about picking up a Flip To Side mount if I even get into any CQB stuff, but for now I can just take it off as the nut is easily undone with my hand, or pliers I keep in my range bag if I find it loosens off with only being hand tight. Gotta find a cheaper option than Larue. LOL

Any questions send me a PM!

Cheers
Mark

Nice review and pics!
I have the vortex strikefire and SPARC, love them both, great optics. However I dont think i'll ever grab one of these. Its bulky like you mentioned, and I just never liked magnifiers in general. But if i ever had to get one, I'd really consider this one.
