Just In - Remington R1 1911 - Hunter 10mm

It looks completely identical to my para elite hunter. I'll have to come in and look at it

It is the same gun. Remington took several 1911s from Para. In this case, that is not a bad thing. I had the Para version of this one and it was a very good shooter and great value. The Para longslide hunter has a dedicated following south of the border for hog hunting etc.

I have the Para version and it's a great 10mm shooter. If I didn't have mine already I would definitely pick this up.

Who wouldn't want this 1911 or the new longslide glock 10mm out in the bush :) I wouldn't trade an organ but it wouldn't be hard to find a few in the safes that weren't needed anymore :)

If we could only carry them in the bush and hunt with them ............
Lucky for me my line of work allows me to carry my 10mm in the bush. I have the para version and so far I have 2500 rounds through mine without a problem. Really a great pistol and deadly accurate with 180 to 220gr hard cast and hollow points
