Hi,
I wanna say thank you! I just receive my order and everything is perfect. I think is the first time I buy magpul stuff and I receive the good thing. No problem between com spec or mil spec, rvg vs mvg, etc.... The shipping was fast. And for the price, I think I have save at least 50$ for an order of 150$ wow!! Will buy from you again for sure.

If I have just one bad thing to say is my order never get update as shipped on your website and I never got a tracking number. But I have call at your shop and i have get all the information I need with an happy guy. So it's just a minor point.

PS: if you can get the Magpul ASAP QD sling mount (mag529), I think a lot of buyers will be happy.

Since we enabled shipping through Canada Post as well(for everything except ammo) It's really been able to bring the cost of shipping down making it so much better to buy the little items like Magpul gear, cleaning accessories, or just general odds and ends. I've been amazed at the support and orders we've got from Eastern Canada with lots of people telling us the same thing you are. With the new shipping prices they are still saving huge money bringing it out from us. Like you said you saved 33% on your entire order and being able to offer things like that to people is really so gratifying.

We absolutely want to hear your feedback, even if it's an oops on our part. We're human, we make mistakes but if we don't know that we've made them we can't learn from them. The shipping reference number was because you were one of the first people to order after we enabled Canada Post so there are still a couple hiccups with our provider and getting the tracking numbers from them. It should be all worked now but we're noticing about a 24hr delay over Canpar on receiving them and getting them to you.

Anything else we can possibly do for you or any of the CGN community please don't hesitate to ask!
