These guys are from BSF -Border Security Force- an Indian Para Military Force assigned for protecting borders. For past several decades they are known for such motorcycle stunts, they use Royal Enfield model Bullet (350cc 4-stroke air-cooled engine). Not only that, it's the only force in the world which has a dedicated Camel mounted unit to patrol desert regions of western India. It looks like the INSAS & camo pattern uniform is the latest addition the last I saw them they were holding IOF FAL's (aka SLR) & wearing khakis. It's been said that when this unit was raisded in 1966 the standard height for recruitment was 6 feet and an ability to ride a camel, horse and a motorcycle.
