Just picked up a Surplus Cow Tag for 21A!!! Now what?

I've never hunted there before. I live in Sudbury so I would be more interested in hunting the end of it that's closer to me as opposed to Nipigon or Longlac. I have a canoe, pack boards, a meat saw and a plethora of worthy rifles. Can any of you fine people make some suggestions of where I can set up my tent camp and hammer an unsuspecting cow?
