From a dealer or private? In any case yes, nothing you can do but wait. I've owned many restricted and been waiting since June 3rd for any news on the latest.

You'll get an email when the transfer has been approved, at that point you can pick up your new purchase or it can be shipped if not local. Approval is the key step.

You should receive your firearms registration certificate before you use the firearm, even if you physically have the gun.

yes just needs to be an adult and delivered to the address. If you get left a door card and have to pick up you may be asked for ID that has your mailing address on it.
