Just purchased Glock 17 online, next step?

I ordered a brand new Glock 17 Gen 4 online. So what will happen next. Is the RCMP going to call me to initiate the transfer? Or does the store register it for me since they have my RPAL?

Depending on the store, they'll either contact you with a reference number and then it is your responsibility to call the RCMP and complete the transfer, or the transfer will be completed without you calling in and you'll have a transfer notification emailed or mailed to you.

I've purchased from 2 stores. One was online.

Both did the ATT for me. I did nothing but wait for the gun to come in.

in my experience, the seller always starts things off , most stores can do it online, , then they give you the reference number and you call in and do your part, then you ask them to email you the transfer notification, then its just the waiting game till you get the notification and it gets shipped or you can pick it up or whatever

everytime I have ordered from a store they do everything. they call me when transfer is done and I either go pick it up or they ship it out.

Just checked with the store I ordered from via email and the rep confirmed they do everything. Nothing I need to do.

Yeah, it only gets cumbersome when you buy privately.

UPDATE: I called the CFO apparently they didn't have my membership proof submitted by my range as I had recently purchased it. Called them and they asked me to fax a copy so I did & the very next day (today) the transfer was approved. Now to check the mailbox daily.
