You can order direct from JRC.
Really?
What about ITAR and all that other red tape (I know it is just a piece of threaded pipe but I'm trying to avoid black lists and SWAT Teams)
ITAR won't allow an item to be exported, you as the receiving party would have nothing to do with it. JRC would get in sh!t if they attempted to export something that was subject to ITAR.
You'll notice that many/most items on their website are specified as not being able to be shipped to Canada, likely because they had issues with ITAR.
Good point, I hadn't noticed that.
Other items (parts) on their site are indeed marked as "Cannot ship to Canadian Addresses" or words to that effect however it doesn't state that for this buffer tube, maybe I will try purchasing it and see what happens.
I bought a buffer tube and some other spare parts directly from them and there was no issue shipping them to Canada.
They advised me to contact north Sylvia for parts
I wanted a barrel in my situation.

What's the purpose of the longer buffer tube?
Is it just to increase your length of pull?
Or is it to increase the distance of the bolt travel?

Need the extra room as I plan to use it in a PCC with additional weights but still want the last round bolt hold open to function.
The JR has a last round bolt open?
Dunno, but an FX9 does......
