Just waiting for a ATT for my new Norinco M4 10.5....

Bought a Norinco M4 10.5 from williams arms for $675.... can't wait for my ATT !!!! :D The NEA 10.5 felt amazing and the finish was great, but almost double the price... I hope the Norinco will do me well...
 
My transfer went thru thursday, Got my tracking info yesterday, now just waiting for it to make it from ontario in the "capable "hands on canada post..
Did you get to handle the norinco? I have only seen a few pictures and about 3 youtube videos, lol its my first in the ar15 platform, damn excited. Mine was 661 before taxes and shipping, 702 total.

Are there any parts or spares I should be ordering while I am waiting for it?
I want a new handguard, and I have not decided what I want to use for sights, I figure I will try out the irons before spending anything on it..

Glad to know I wasnt the only one who jumped at the new batch!

Im just a stickler for always having parts before I need them, hate waiting for parts when I need em, and when things get hard to find, I like to have the peace of mind. Guess in this case I can wait til I atleast hold one before I start buying extra stuff.

Nothing hard to find about a AR15. Clean it, load mags, shoot it. Prolly won't need parts for a years, depends on how much you shoot. There's a AR I built back in 2005 floating around here still on the parts I assembled. So I wouldn't waste your money on spare parts till the time comes.

No problem, I built 5. I think in 15 years of playing with them, I broke a firing pin, had the gas key back off.

Spend it on mags ( maybe those 10/20 CAA mags ATRS is selling) ammo and smiles. AR 15 is the Jeep of the gun world, if something happens I'm sure 20mins and you'll have the part.

handled the 14.5 and the 10.5.... the 10.5 felt amazing lolol... could not resist the new batch !!!

There are some fitting issues with the when it comes to getting new furniture with Norinco Ar15
 
I just got a new 10.5 as well, waiting for new range ATT, can't wait to try it out! as far as the feel goes it feels great, but I haven't handled many AR's so im not sure how it stacks up
