here is part of a review that I posted last year:
"I've a Bul M5 IPSC model in .38 super here in Australia, it's my second Bul firearm.
It came with STI magazines, as Bul did not make 10 round .38 super mags.
Reliability has been one hundred percent, I've shot the thing with PMC 130 grain and 115 grain ammo as well as winchester silvertips. It's failed to jam even when only held with one finger and thumb on the grip.
Four of the 10 shooters who have tried it have purchased the same gun.
Accuracy is good, 35mm for five rounds at 25 metres. Even a complete novice can shoot it into an inch at 15 metres.
Sites are LPA adjustables, the mag well is aluminium and is getting a bit nicked, but still does the job of centering your grip and guiding mag changes.
Trigger pull is slightly variable, from 3 pound 1 ounce to 3.5 pounds on my Lyman digital scale.
The STI magazines had to be modified on their feed lips and a little metal polished off the rear to ensure function, this was done by the Australian distributor prior to delivery. If Marstar are offering Bul manufactured mags, this should not be a problem.
I have a spare barrel in 9mm which has proved quite accurate (1.5 inches at 15m for five shots standing) but I personally prefer .38 super in the 1911 style guns, so it dosn't see much use."
So yes, the fullsize, bull barrel .38 super variant can hold inside two inches at 25 metres.
These groups where shot standing, in a barricade position.
