That being said the K31 is more accurate (longer barrel and sight radius) and does have a 100m zero. the K31 price raise is based mostly on hype. Once things settle down (they will M1 Garands did the same) the price will stabilize.
Why do you want (or need) to sell one?
I'm kind of in need of cash, the k11 is the older one with a longer barrel
It would be a Geweh11, that I have made in 1917, my k31 is a 1943, maby once I can make up my mind I will put one upThe K stands for Karabiner which is carbine in German (just like the K98k for Germany). G stands for Gewehr which is rifle in German
You would have a Gewehr 11, which is in my opinion the best Swiss rifle. Value wise it is the same as the K11. All my points are the same except the sight radius is better on the G11.
Personally I prefer the Schmidt Rubin action over the K31s action. That being said the K31 is more accurate (longer barrel and sight radius) and does have a 100m zero.
K31 is worth more, however the K11 is easier to reload for (which long term might matter to you). Long term we might see the price switch back to the Schmidt Rubins being worth more because as mentioned there is less Schmidt Rubins in existence (as well a bunch were sporterized) and the K31 price raise is based mostly on hype. Once things settle down (they will M1 Garands did the same) the price will stabilize.
Realistically it will also be harder to replace the K11 as well.
Have anything else you can sell now to tie you over?. In tens years time I expect they will be worth more than current prices.
