Can you cycle a k31 without lifting your head?

Since I first used a K31 back in 92, I've seen only two people try it.
It was their first time, and last. Bolt is too long IF the shooter uses a proper cheek weld.

No idea, it is not me. From the youtube site, he mentions it was on steel targets.

Now on the Swiss military programs, there is timed and rapidfire requirements.

I dont understand why ppl can do that to themselves... just extend the bolt out to the max extention and then try to use the proper cheek weld...
