K43 Stock Instruction Manual - Writing inside

Finally after a few month wait got my K43 in. Going over it rifle looks great. Got to looking at the instruction manual thats in the stock. And noticed writing on the back of the cover. Well my German is nonexistent (if it is German), so figured would get a few pics and post it. See if anyone else can discern it.

Karabiner 43 with 4x ZF4 optical sight?
I can't read much of the handwriting except Koblenz which is near Cologne, and Alles Gute meaning good luck
My German in not the greatest maybe someone can decipher the rest
