K98 or VZ23 identification needed

Hello
I have this rifle its 8mm mauser but i can't make sense whether its K98 or VZ23
one thing is certain that its sporter
it does have czech marking and nazi eagles
CS ZAVODY NA VYROBU ZBRANI BRNO
eagles are on the magazine and screws, also it looks like there were eagles on the bolt but they were taken off...
I would like to sell it but not sure what to put into description: is it modified K98 or modified some kind of VZ23 or VZ24 model...

Looks like a VZ-23 barreled action with a Mod/K98 Bent Bolt, and a German K98 Floorplate... Could be a K98 Triggerguard too, though, all those Mod98 parts pretty much interchange...
