K98 Sling, Question...

I just took possession of this very nice sling. I noticed that it's missing a leather band. How many bands do K98 slings normally have and where can I find one? It fits nicely on my Norwegian K98, and is not really a necessity, but I'm picky

Yes one band. eBay is the best bet to find one loose

nothing yet, unfortunately. It's not really needed as my sling is pretty worked in and seems to keep together when tightened against the stock, but I like the idea of it being complete. If you know of a loose one, let me know.

Found some today on eBay (thanks for the tip)... they're just reproductions. I'll probably slip 2 on my sling, and keep 3 as spares (comes as a 5-pack). If you, or anybody else, needs a sling loop, let me know!
