K98 stock fit??

98 Stock on a VZ 24
The VZ 24 action will fit in the 98 stock but there might be a problem with the top wood fitting on the contours of the barrel. The 98 stocks usually have cutouts for the half top wood, and VZ's have a full top wood. I could be wrong but I will have a better look tomorrow. I have some of both and I think it's the Yugo actions that have a difference in the distance between the two bedding screws.
If someone can confirm this it will save me from dismantling the two guns.
