I posted some photos of my RC HERE. Its a nice gun but as you can see, I'm going to have to spend a lot of time restoring it. No such hassle with a Yugo
Are you talking about chrome plated bores, or high chrome content in the steel? Crome plated bores/chambers offer good corrosion protection, higher crome steel doesn't do too much for cossosion resistance.
Either way I don't think K98's had crome bores either.
