K98k bad bolt question

Essentially it means that something has been tampered with. It isn't a technical term, so there isn't one answer to your question. Different people use it in different ways, but in this instance, the OP was just letting everyone know that the bolt has been re-numbered. I doubt there's anything mechanically wrong with the rifle.

Another thread concerning an EE listing for a K98 got shut down but I have a question as I'm interested in purchasing a K98 at some point.

What does it mean that a bolt is "humped"? Is this an actual technical issue or is it related to serial numbers?

Of course, another way to have asked your question would be to PM the originator of the other thread.
