Kahles AH series rifle scopes

I'm strongly considering buying one of these in 3x9x42 TDS reticle.

Anyone own a Kahles? How about one in the American Hunter series?

The model I want retails for around $1200. I could maybe find a better scope for that price on Ebay if I looked and took my time. A Swarovski possibly.

Can anyone tell me anything about Kahles warranty and if they service them in Canada?

What would be a brand and model to compare that particular scope too?

Turns out this model has been discontinued Russell's says.

I have one in the configuration you describe - AH 3x9x42 mm with TDS reticle. Warranty as I recall is lifetime and haven't had any problems with it.

Performance-wise I'm quite satisfied with it.

Comparable brands would be Swarovski, Leupold (with Boone & Crockett reticle). As for specific models, you'd have to do a bit of research to find out which ones.
