I'm heading in that direction as well. I Just find it difficult selling a scope to someone else knowing it is not worth the price. and it's also a bummer to throw a $4k scope in the trash.

If the manufacturer says it is perfect, there's no reason to hesitate in selling it.

Where did you purchase this optic? Have you contacted the authorized seller for assistance on the matter? Also the scope mentioned is not $4k so I’m smelling something and it’s not pleasant.

Like Longstud commented - why has your DEALER not helped you? I ALWAYS step in with ANY warranty with ALL brands I sell.
