They are a better than average scope. However, it is likely 30+ years old, and in unknown condition. Quite a few have come in via Tradex, inferring that someone in Sweden didnt want it. Finally, the 26 mm tube limits the appeal to most folk, as rings are very scarce.
I have a minty low-power variable 26 mm Helia on one of my main hunting rifles, I really like it. I paid ~250$ for it years ago, likely discounted because the owner couldnt get rings for it. I believe Intersurplus has the remaining inventory of scopes from Tradex, you should be able to ascertain current market value for your Helia.
