Kali key AR 15's in Canada?

Good evening CGN'ers,

I was wondering if there is a company bringing the kali keys or modified AR's with the kali key installed in to Canada? It seems absolutely foolish to take a perfectly serviceable AR and make it a bolt action however would it make the AR non restricted post mod in the eyes of the RCMP? Or would it remain restricted and be crippled more than the 5 round requirement.

This might be a question for the "man" but I haven't heard anything about it on here yet.

Wouldn’t change classification. So nobody imports them, useless mod outside of a couple states.

An AR15 is always an AR15. And an AR15 is always Restricted (or prohibited, as the case may be).
