Just to be fair I have read a lot of bad reviews on the kci magazines.

We sold a small batch of 75 last year. Many people bought 1 or 2 to try them. Everyone came back and bought more.

4 arrived today, with out the loader i can just about get 5 rounds in each, even with the loader the last 2 rounds are hard.

Update: From having bought the 30rnds .40S&W mags, I can tell you that tolerances are not the same as OEM and they are non-stop problematic.

Unfortunately in this case, I'd recommend going OEM only.

I've heard of people struggling with these KCI mags but I've never had an issue with one. In all instances I was able to get all 10 rounds in without the help of a loader...No base plate blowouts... all the mags dropped free. Maybe I lucked out with midweek models as opposed to those made on a Monday or Friday

I handled some KCI Glock 17 mags at Reliable Gun and I can tell you thay they looked A-LOT better than the 30rnds G22 mags.

I wonder if different make?

The plastic looks different. The recess for the mag release on the G17 mags is clean and looks very similar to Glock. The G22 Mags that SFRC is selling appear to be made of inferior plastic and the recess is not defined but rather melted looked.

In fact, I'd be surprised if these two products were made at the same factory (bacause they don't look it) ?

Does anyone know if there are any Chinese-copy GLOCK mags being sold on the market? I wonder if these ones being sold are Knock-Off's of Knock-off's?
