In the USA, the rfb is less $ than the rfb, which is a more complicated construction.
But here with the NR tax, it will likely be more $ than an rfb until the hype dies down. That's my prediction, anyhow.

Avoid the pre-sale, wait for them to show up in the stores, if everyone is going crazy screaming to take their money they will surely up the price till the sales slow down. If we start slow but buy them as they hit the shelves the price will have a better chance of being fair.
