Kel-Tec RFB adjustable trigger?

I've been doing alot of reading about the Kel-Tec RFB. Generally the reviews seem pretty postive & I am entertaining thought of buying one but a major stumbling block is the 6-7 pound trigger pull which isn't turning my crank. However, I did read the following on Wikipedia:
"The Target version also features a 5-way adjustable trigger, for a trigger pull from 2 to 6 lb. As of 2012, the Carbine and Targets version have been publicly released for sale."

I know Kel-Tec is (in)famous for not meeting production timelines so does anyone know if this is true and if so, can it be retrofitted to a standard carbine? I want to be sure before I drop $2500 on one.

If you are buying the RFB in hopes of getting a semi auto non restricted sniper rifle don't bother. It is not a very good bench gun. It's short length and having the magazine sit where you would want to put the sandbag doesn't make for a great bench platform. The 24" barrel version may be capable of more accuracy and might be better if used with a with a monopod in the rear.

Don't get me wrong, the RFB is capable of decent accuracy but it is a carbine and was built to be easy to shoot offhand and unsupported. It is reliable when the gas system is set up properly, and it is so small that it doesn't seem like it should be legal.

I love mine and don't regret buying it at all, but when people buy one thinking it is going to be some sub MOA wonder sniper rifle then come on here and bash it because it didn't shoot better than an AR-10 they make a bad name for a good rifle.

The RFB is more of a civilian battle rifle than a sniper rifle. It is a great hunting rifle, a great fun gun but never a sniper rifle.
The trigger is good the way it is (IMHO) and making it lighter only lends itself to bench shooting which is not the RFB's forte.

The good thing is that it is a fairly low risk purchase since the used ones on the EE are going for pretty much the price of new so you can always sell it for low loss if you decide you don't like it.

Imo you should not worry about the triger on the rfb. It is know to be one of, if not the best trigger on a bullpup firearm.

I for one would pick up a target trigger for my RFB if it was a drop in kit.

Don't know why guys are against the idea.

Won't change the rifle itself, but may make a big difference in how you are able to operate your rifle.

I am in no way against it! I just don't find it necessary Because it's already got a very good trigger
