Kel-Tec RFB

All retailers fall under a MAP pricing (if I'm not mistaken) which is $2399 (or there abouts). Your best bet is the EE so you'll save shipping/taxes and maybe get some extra accessories.

I thought these were like $3000ish? That's more affordable than what I thought.

Well, you still have tax/shipping which bumps it up to around $2700...then there's the other "extras"...I've had mine threaded, muzzle break installed, kydex cheek rest, Urban ERT sling...now we're approaching $3000.

The front bottom rail is the one must have acessory. It's about $55 but it's worth it.

Don't forget the Su-16. With 10 round mags it's the best ranch rifle out there. Much more accurate than any Rugers I've used as well.

But I do love my RFB. Get one if you can!

The SU16 is cool, but I was thinking, or rather rethinking getting one because it will do the same job as my XCR. Plus, although retricted, I have quite a few AR's. Most of my shooting is done at the local range anyways. I'm afraid if I get one, it will just sit in the locker. I have a few like that now already.

But! It's a great rifle.

The RFB covers that area I haven't filled yet. A Bullpup rifle in. 308 Winchester. A mini can of whoop-ass!

Seen several RFB slightly used in EE in the $2300 and less range. Had a chance at the TAN one for $2800 a while.

I bought mine at Epps for slightly less. They were the cheapest when I was shopping.
All the ones I've seen on the EE have been the same price as new and to save the tax I think it's better to order a new one. That way you are sure to get a Gen 2 and you know exactly how it's been treated.
If the used ones were $200-$300 less than new price I would have considered that route.
If your on a budget don't buy a semi auto .308, they get expensive fast when your out having fun.
It is one of my favorite rifles though and I have no complaints about mine so far. It has been 100% reliable and is quite accurate.

IMO - for, give or take, close to $3,000, in a .308 caliber, one would be better off with a target semi-auto platform or of course, a bolt rifle.

5.56 in a BlackRifle is where all the fun is :D

Really? LOL

You Sir are mistaken :kickInTheNuts:

:D

An AR in .308 is the SHnitZ! I miss my AR10's..........

I should say that anything that you can shoot that comes really close to that "X" that has the concussion to knock over your friend standing beside you, rocks. Compensator help with the knocking your friend over thing.

It was unfair for me to just generalize about just 5.56.
