Does the round start to feed and jam? If so take a look at the followers and make sure they are smooth. The last round has to slide in contact with both the feed lips and the follower (rather than feed lips + next round) so a rough follower can cause too much friction. This s usually more of an issue with steel case ammo.
I had that issue using my LAR10 mags with lacquered ammo. Haven't had any issues since I have been using brass casings. Is it only the LAR mags or does it happen with all the different mags you have, assuming you have anything other than pistol mags.
It only happens with the last round in the LAR mags. Seems to pick up the second last and dislodges the last round from the follower. I have been using American Eagle ammo.
