Makes you wonder why the other site sponsor was pulling mags outta the boxes on the other style of su16,

sold as no mag but when arrived it showed clearly on the box it was shipped with a 5 rd polymer mag.

Two different distributors. The one missing the magazine and with no flash hider came from a different distributor than these ones.

In the past Keltec was distributed and warrantied exclusively by Vault, is that the case with this rifle or has something changed? If this isn't a Vault import, whom do we deal with for warranty on these?

These ones are by Vault. They will have the Vault certificate in the box.

"The gun itself states .223rem on the receiver, but the manual states 5.56mm NATO or .223Rem"

It's just a workaround to stupid gun laws.

Keltecs sent to American dealers are all labelled as 5.56-Nato.
Keltecs sent to dealers outside of USA are all labelled as .223-Remington.

It's because some countries don't allow citizens to own rifles in "military calibers".

I can confirm it shoots both 5.56 and 223.

I spoke with a tech at Kel Tec about the 223 labelling on the Canadian SU16s and he said it’s because of the import thing… amd that yes they shoot 5.56.

So I bought one, sweet looking gun.
