Hey guys, I recently bought a Kel Tec Sub2000 ( Glock mags in 9mm ).

I would like to carry and store it in a soft bag and I was wondering if there’s a way to lock it ?
Is there a special lock made for this gun ?

A wire lock will work ( thru the ejection port and magwell ) but I would like to see what you guys use as locks…

Gen 1 has a lock built into it where you can lock it so it stays folded and thus unable to fire. I thought gen2 had a similar lock built in.

You could just wrap the combo cable lock around the folded gun so it can't be unfolded instead of bothering running it through the action.

In the past I've made locking straps for lever action rifles using plumbing strap cut to length and rounded with snips, then filed to remove any sharp edges and wrapped in electrical tape.

I wrap the strap around the lever and the stock and then lock it with a basic small combination lock. Same thing could be done with the sub2000 and it's cheap if you have snips, files. electrical tape and plumbing strap in your shop.

I will give a second look…

With a shirt cable it may work !

Another option, thanks !
