Kelly's Guns in Foxboro(near Belleville,Ont) has refurb Russsians for sale. I think they are $279.99. They are the painted bolt refurbs. They come with the oil bottles etc.

These guns are priced a little high, as they are Bell models with the painted bolt carriers. However, they are decent looking guns.
