This is just a quick review of an interaction I had with Keltec. It was for a Sub-2000 Gen 2, but given the popularity of that rifle, the SU-16, and probably the RDB I figured black rifles would be the forum to post in.
So, I tried to change the front sight post on my Sub2k to put on a tritium one... and like an idiot, I didn't hold the spring in and the Front Sight Detent Pin flew of into orbit.
I contacted Keltec customer support through their website just to ask about Canadian distributors, to get a new one. They responded that it would be easier just to mail me one directly. No charge, no postage cost. In fact they sent me two, with two springs as well. I'm not even the original owner, they didn't even ask me any of that stuff.
They fixed my mistake for free. Little things like that impress me. Just thought I'd mention it.
