Keltec KSG Barrel - Textured???

So another CGN'er asked me a while ago if the inside of the barrel of my KSG was textured because he felt that his was. At the time I haden't taken a very close look at mine, and told him that I didn't think that it was. However, today I am cleaning my KSG and much to my surprise... The inside of the barrel IS textured. Has anyone else noticed this?? Does anyone know if it is supposed to be textured??

Thanks for the reply, that's pretty much what mine looks like also.

I sent KelTec an email asking if they were supposed to be like that, if they get back to me I'll post their response.

Yup mine is rough as he'll to the point I can't get the wadding material to clean out of it I've got an old cooey single shot that has a nicer bore than my ksg Iam thinking some of them must have left the factory with poor quality bores. Like I said mine grabs the wadding like crazy
