Keltec rfb 308

There are four of them listed on #######. Prices have come down lately. They used to get posted for ca. $3500 but I am seeing them for $2200 to $2500 now.

Make sure you get a bunch of mags. They take a slightly odd magazine.

Not really odd - just a little uncommon. They take a metric FAL magazine. They are definitely harder to find, and a little pricey when you do find them. The cheapest route is the Thermold magazines, but reviews are mixed on them.

I imported a bunch of 5/30 steel metric FAL mags for mine back in the day. Never had a malfunction, not even one. I'm guessing my rifle had maybe 1500 rounds through it when I made the mistake of selling it.
 
Those FAL mags used to be cheap and easily available , not any more . Bad decision by Keltec or I would buy one .
 
Try the Co-op in Neerlandia AB.

I Saw one in their display case just before christmas, they may still have it. By the way, there are ton's of metric fal mags in the USA, so it wasn't a bad decision on Kel-Tecs part relative to their market.

It was ok. Some things I really liked. A group of us bought them when they were first introduced to Canada. It was cool. I regretted selling it for a few days. Of the three of us, we all sold or traded them on.

Personally I significantly prefer the Tavor 7. Although the brass dribbling out the front of the RFB was neat.
