Keltec warranty!

I had the famous broken firing pin on one of my RDB'S again..

I emailed Vault thinking they were still the place to do warranty, informed me that it is now Amchar.. (replied same day)

Well Amchar would not answer calls ( probably 25-30 calls over a week) couple emails sent 0 reply by any fashion pretty poor customer service from what I've seen personally.

But here is the good news after a week and giving up on Amchar I sent Keltec an email directly and Lynn @ Keltec hooked me up said she would send me a pin in the mail I asked if I could purchase a second, her reply was she'll take care of me 6 days later I got a package from Florida with 3 pins in it :)

I sent her a email thanking her for getting me set up and also let her know about Amchar never replying hopefully they can figure that out so we have an easier option to get warranty/parts in Canada.

That's fantastic news! KelTec's US warranty department has an outstanding reputation for being honest and very generous. If they'll take care of Canadians directly it can only be an improvement.
