"Up for auction here is an eerily accurate reproduction of the John F. Kennedy Mannlicher Carcano in 6.5mm carcano. Everything has been accurately duplicated. The scope and scope mount are identical to the Oswald rifle. The power of the scope is the same. The scope was expertly restored recently and is extremely clear. There is a slight flaw in the glass that is not visible through the scope only upon external inspection. The off set of the scope mount in the exact mount Oswald has lets you see why this may have been the perfect rifles for the job. The scope natural acts as a scout rifle scope allowing for quick acquisition and tracking with both open eyes. The sling is also an exact duplication. Only possible comment is that the trigger needs to be smoothed out as it has a small chip in the bottom of it. If you are a Kennedy aficionado or conspiracy theorist you should have this rifle."

Mine was made the same year and in the same factory as Oswalds, they're a few hunderd serial numbers apart:

Also, Oswalds rifle was issued to Moussolini's personal guard and as a result was died black at the factory, this one on gunbroker and mine are the standard finish.
