I'm looking for 16 ga Kent Bismuth shells. Does anyone know of a source in Canada?
I e-mailed Kent, but the silence is deafening.

Regards
Neil

So Steph from Kent e-mailed me, and they are actually extremely helpful. I need to retract my concern over dealing with them.
It is great to get personal customer service in this day and age.

$2 a shot to make use of a classic double for some ducks, not horrible but I wish it were cheaper.

Your only real alternative ( as far as I can tell) is to hand load your own. This is also not cheap unless you are doing a high volume of reloads. If you want to fire an old classic over water, you're probably not banging away hundreds of rounds anyway.

Seems like a good starting point anyway.

I am very pleased with Steph's service. First rate.

I picked up an 870 in 16ga so I can shoot steel but my 1930s double would be a dream in the duck blind.

I know what you are saying nutcracker, I just hope that the new 16ga A5 and other guns like that bring the 16ga back and they start making 16ga like 20ga and bring the price down a bit.

We pay almost $20 a box of 25 for field loads in 16ga here in Ontario, I have a Lee Loader and tons of components once my Imperial and CIL rounds from the gun shows run out.

Are yout sure it's $20 per box? The only reason I say this is because today I priced out Kent impact matrix tungsten and it's was $61 for 10! I almost fell out of my chair. At $20 a box I would buy 2 cases!

Picked up my cases yesterday. Looking forward to the coming season, if I have time. Once again awesome customer service from Kents Canadian office, in particular Stephanie.
