Finally received my BDC turret knob from Kenton Industries, fit an finish is amazing, installed just as the original did. Engraving is better than original. Yard markers are right on where I asked for.

I wasn't sure about this as I never heard of anyone with one, but it is the felines buttocks!!!

If you go to their website they have a fitment guide. Some scopes can be retro-fit to accept their factory turret, and THEN a Kenton turret.

Can't honestly say that I have seen anybody around these parts(N of the border) with one.

Once you get a load you like, It has to be the way to go for long range. Of course there will be subtle changes due to temp and such but you would be correcting anyways. What it does is make the turn of the turret fast and idiot proof.

Haven't taken it too long range yet as I have just installed it, BUT it is designed to YOUR specs. My yardages are marked to where I set them for my given trajectory as per my MOA calculations. You give them the information for your load/cartridge. So any error will be the loaders error. They will make them for factory ammo, but that is well................. factory ammo.

If you know that your bullet impacts 10 MOA low at a given distance , that is what you get printed on the turret. These are specific for ONE load at a given elevation and temperature.

What it does is save time and fumbling , instead of looking at your charts to see what maybe your 700 yard drop is in MOA or clicks , you simply turn it to the 7 mark.

The accuracy is up to you, your calculations, measurements and/or software ballistics programs.

Do they do all brands or just specific ones? If there is a Canadian maker of these items that would help everyone.

When I got to that part on the website my interest sloped right off. Korth will engrave a turret without a lot of covert innuendo, and convert the scope to turrets if needed at the same time.

Go check them out on their website, they are very professional looking and accurate. They look like they are done by the original scope manufacturer. If I am spending the money I am on something I don't want it looking like a 6yr old doodled on my scope.:p

It's a small cost actually overall.

Why not just use a paint pen if you already have finger adjustable turrets?
