It would be deemed non-restricted like any other bolt action rifle with an overall length over 26". Never seen or heard of one up here, however. Good luck in your hunt to get one.
 
A buddy asked me about it while I was at work and didn't have the time to look it up. Interesting rifle now that I've had the time. Most likely way out of my price range
