I haven't seen anyone carry them, but I'd think any store that carries the parts should be able to bring in the rifle.
Unless they havnt been cleared for export or cleared on our side for import, but being a 10/22 variant I would find it hard to believe.
I'd say if you want one bad enough import it with one of the importers that are listed here, or talk to fab sports or joe brooks and see if they can get them in since the get the parts in.
