Kimber longmaster vs cz550

Iam stuck between these two rifles. I have a cZ in rim fire and Iam quite impressed but ive heard good things about the kimber, Iam tryin to figure out my next hunting rig. Kimber would be 308 vs either a 30-06 or 270 in cz. Any info from owners of either?

I have a 270 CZ american. Tack driver, balances well, and smooth action...

Kimber. I have one in .223. I like it mucho...mine shoots a wide range of bullets very well. There was a . 308 on the EE recently. Good luck with your final pick.

I think you would find that the Kimbers have a better feel than the CZs. Preferring an '06 length cartridge in a hunting rifle, I'd consider a Kimber 84L in .30/06 or .280 Ackley over the CZ 550.

Having had no experience with the Kimber rifle I cannot comment on them, but my CZ 550 FS is a very well made rifle as far as fit and finish are concerned.
Function is superb and accuracy is excellent considering the short barrel.
Hopefully if I'm lucky enough to be drawn, the 9.3 will go Moose hunting.
