Kimber Mountain Ascent in new chamberings??

Any rumors of when the MA will be available in Canada in the new chamberings? I've not seen any in 7-08 or 270wsm advertised for sale anywhere yet.. Anyone got any inside info, or have I just not paid close enough attention?

What would be your top choices in the mountain ascent if you could choose?

Does the Adirondack count? It's lighter(4lbs13oz) with a shorter Barrel Available in 7-08 at shooterschoice.ca

I've shot 7-08 for years and I'd definitely move up to 280AI...why? because everything I've shot with the 7-08 has dropped dead BUT I'm always dreaming and other guys I know are always pushing their 7-08 loads and depending on the Rifle OAL can be a PITA with the short action.

If I could choose, hmm, 284win!, but it will never happen.

So no info on these new ones in Canada? Anyway, for me the 308 doesn't do a lot for me, but I do like the thought of the 7-08 in a ma for the ultimate alpine deer and goat rifle.
