Tried to order some grips on Kimber .com and got a response back from them saying they lost to many shipments into Canada and no longer ships to us. :(

my local small town dealer just got me a set of kimber rifle bases. They came fast too. trouble is finding a dealer that will order for you...reliably.

Get used to it, more and more manufacturers are going to do this. I was ordering a lot form Novak, then did not for a few months, tried to place and order, but they would not process it. They called me and were very nice about it, but said due to the tightening export laws by Homeland Paranoia, it was not worth it anymore. Brownells as a section strictly for export, they will send you things.

dannyair what part of BC do you live in? I used to order stuff to the border and drive down and pick them up myself. I never got hassled, just had to sometimes pay duties, sometimes I didn't.

I'm in Vancouver so it's easy to do but was much more convenient delivered. Oh well.

thats where I had my stuff shipped too. But be sure to get a tracking number so you know when your stuff arrives. Cuz they never call you when your package arrives, and they never answer the phone too. This way you dont waste your time driving down there. You're pretty lucky, cuz what are guys in edmonton or other non border provinces supposed to?
